ReCycle North opened the Building Materials Center (BMC) in 2001 to provide a retail space for the quality used building materials salvaged by our Deconstruction Service, which also started in 2001. Businesses and homeowners are welcome to donate used building materials directly to the BMC. All donations are tax deductible.
Typical inventory at the BMC includes quality used doors, windows, lumber, plywood, cabinets, vanities, flooring, trim, sinks, tubs, toilets, lighting fixtures, and more. The BMC is also the home of Waste Not Products, practical items for your home made from used building materials.
